Tax Codes Missing

Hello janice331,

After setting up GST and BAS for the first time in QuickBooks Online you'll be able to see the GST tax code available in your QuickBooks account. Let's check your tax rates in the GST center. Here's how:

  1. Click on the GST tab.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Edit rates.
  4. From here you'll be able to see the active tax codes.
  5. From the current page, click on the Cogwheel icon, and click Include inactive to show tax rates made inactive.

From the GST page, I'd recommend also checking your current Tax settings to verify if nothing has been changed. Click on the Settings button, and click on Tax settings.
