Bank won't connect

what do you do when quickbooks says to update bank sign-in info, but it won't work even though all the passwords are correct etc. (I can log on to my online banking fine through their website)

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Welcome to Community!  Having your bank account connected to QuickBooks Online is a great way to ensure your books are up to date.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you can get back to what you love!

 

It's great to hear that you can access your online banking on your bank's website.  However, if there's been a recent change in your login information, you'll also need to update it in QuickBooks Online.  Here's how:

 

1. From the left menu, open Transactions and then select Banking

2. Click on the tile for the bank account and open the Edit

3. Choose Edit sign in info

4. Update the information

5. Hit Save and connect
