While we haven't been alerted to any problems, we can log into the Servus Credit Union portal to check for pending notifications, security prompts, or scheduled maintenance.
To fix this, go to All apps > Accounting > Bank Transactions > Update in the upper right-hand corner to trigger a manual refresh of the feed.

If the issue persists, we can manually upload your recent transactions using a CSV file downloaded directly from your Servus online banking portal.
Once you import these entries, you will see your account balances align correctly in the dashboard, allowing you to continue your reconciliation without waiting for the automated feed to restore.
