I can confirm that this is a known issue within QuickBooks. Our engineers are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community so they can add you to the list of affected accounts. By doing this you can get email notification on the resolution. You can reach them by following these steps:
Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback.
