Not getting help from quickbooks representatives

Hi

I’m using quickbooks desktop from very long time.I took trial for quickbooks online to see how QB online works. But i found quickbooks desktop easier than quickbooks online.I tried to cancel the trial subscription online but it was showing me the error. Then I called QB and talked to the representative to cancel the trial and he said that he is getting the error too. I called before 7-8 days before trial period ends. He said that he already approved the refund and I’ll get back the refund once my card get charged after trial period.Now, I called so many time to QB and submitted the refund request for more than 5-6 times but they are not helping me. I’m shocked to see this king of customer service from quickbooks. What I can do to solve the matter??

Normally, when you request for a refund through our refund portal, a response if given whether it's approved or disapproved. To make sure I'm on the same page as you, were you provided a reason why the request hasn't gone through? Ultimately, you'd have to contact our support team outside of the Community for further assistance. This ensures your account info remains private while you get the assistance you need.

I made several calls and sent emails to Quick books. I have requested at telephone call back from the manager.

I am having trouble getting my subscription renewed. My case ID number is 15107854668. Can someone from Quick books call me please. Jack Slattery 905-522-3561 Ext 11.

I want to make sure you get the support you need. Also, for security reasons, it's not recommended that you provide your personal information here in the Community. Is it safe to say you've already read through this guide on how to manage your QuickBooks account?

 

If so, then it'd be best to continue working directly with QuickBooks Desktop Support to renew your subscription. Just in case it's needed, this link has all the information on how to reach them. I hope this helps, and feel free to reach back out with any other questions you may have!
