I'm here to share some insights about how deleting a journal entry works in QuickBooks Online.
At this time, being able to delete journal entries in bulk is currently unavailable. This needs to be done manually.
To do that:
- Click on the Gear icon at the top.
- Select on Chart of Accounts.
- Locate the appropriate account for the transaction.
- From the Action column, press on Account history.
- Choose the journal entry and hit on Delete.
- Tick on Yes to confirm that you want to delete the transaction.

However, you can utilize a third-party application that supports this functionality so you'll be able to eliminate the entries in bulk.
