I am in the same boat.
iPhone 8, IOS 16.7.10 and the Quickbooks app crashes as soon as I try and open it.
I get maybe half a second of the splash screen, but then it just crashes me out back to my iPhone homescreen
I have uninstalled/ reinstalled/ restarted/ offloaded all to no avail. Your online support told be to update my IOS (I can't) or use Google Chrome, neither of which is a great solution for me. I want to be able to sal reciepts with the phone app and I can't. Is this a bug you know about? Is here likely to be any solution in the near future?

I’m having similar problems with the app. Have reloaded it several times in the last 24hours & tried on my iPad. Absolutely no joy & getting very frustrated. Can access my account via website. Not a good start to 2025

tried chatting through the main pager on the laptop with no luck. Just went around in circles. Shocking service
just spoken at length with QuickBooks. And if your phone is not running the latest iOS update 18. Something the app will not longer work. Very frustrating and disappointing 🤬
Have heard that need IOS 18 so my phone is now obsolete

What a load of rubbish. Is the new iPhone tax deductible?
A good solution would be to allow us to roll back to an earlier version of the app... It worked fine before. Is this possible QB?

There is a couple of issues. (Keeps leave a tips banner on the screen) but it’s working that’s the main thing
