Hi - I'm having a similar problem. The app is no longer loading on my iPhone iOS 16.6.1. I've uninstalled and re-installed and freed up space on the iphone storage but still no joy. 

 

Can you help please?

I am in the same boat.

iPhone 8, IOS 16.7.10  and the Quickbooks app crashes as soon as I try and open it.

 

I get maybe half a second of the splash screen, but then it just crashes me out back to my iPhone homescreen

I have uninstalled/ reinstalled/ restarted/ offloaded all to no avail.  Your online support told be to update my IOS (I can't) or use Google Chrome, neither of which is a great solution for me.  I want to be able to sal reciepts with the phone app and I can't.  Is this a bug you know about?  Is here likely to be any solution in the near future?

I tried the app yesterday and it’s working again 😃. Thanks to whoever got it working, very much appreciated. 
There is a couple of issues. (Keeps leave a tips banner on the screen) but it’s working that’s the main thing
