I've gotten emails FROM Intuit to do my taxes and after I responded I want to get online, no one has replied in over a month. Great customer service.

You need to convert data from QB Desktop for Mac to QB Online US version, correct?

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

I wasnt even aware I was in UK community.

You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2024 to upgrade your version to QBO US version. Did you encounter any problem?
