I've got employee's who say they've filled in their hours (and screen shot me an image of their app screen) but the hours are not coming through on my payroll report. Why are their apps and my pc not synchronising? Thanks

Since you mentioned your employees had already updated to the new app, there are a couple of other areas to consider that could potentially cause the systems to not sync. Here are a few settings to check that would effect syncing:

I need to talk to someone in the UK about this issue. The number in the link takes me to a US phone line which is out of hours at the time I'm calling. Please can I have a uk number!
Thanks Georgia. I've called them and they gave me the number for America again which is closed at 3.45pm UK time. I'm getting nowhere with this and am really unhappy with Quickbooks
Hello Wrights Ag, Is this the number you are being given- 0808 164-0610? At the moment that is the number for any Time queries, we are however looking at what changes can be made in terms of the support for that side of QB, there is development happening currently so that QB time can be dealt with on the main UK number soon. For the moment it is only the number in the link.
