How do i produce a vat invoice for customers that already paid but just want a vat invoice for their records?

Hello Zoecarey, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So you should be able to print off the invoice as it is. It will have the VAT amounts showing on there for your customer. The balance due will be 0 but that won't affect the VAT amounts that are on there.
