Moving to QBOP Core will not change the log-in information. To troubleshoot this, I'd recommend recovering your credentials. Let me guide you on how. You can follow the steps below.

Tried all that. My username and password are correct. I can verify that and the system knows who I am by email. All the displayed info is correct. Just when I try to login to run payroll, it goes to a page that says there is no company associated with my username.
it’s a serious glitch.
ive contacted a tech ( in Idaho) and got a case number. Will follow up tomorrow as nothing has happened today with it.
Day 3. Still no fix. Now I have a missed payroll.

Ensuring that you can process your payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a great help so you'll be able to pay your employee correctly each payment period.
In this case, I highly recommend contacting back our Payroll Support team to help you access your account. They can pull up your account securely and check the reason why you can log in. To do so, please follow the outlined steps provided by my colleague above.
Then, to view your employee data and monitor your business finances, you can open any payroll reports you need. To provide you a list of those reports and an overview of what data they show, please head to the View and print payroll reports page.

Davina, Even the people I’ve talked to (3 techs now) are baffled by this issue. There is over 200 of us now. Your company is NOT ready to transfer everyone over to payroll core.
the techs cannot even create me a new login.
