can you please advise where can i get my plan expiration date in QBDT Pro Plus subscription

Hello Nader, thank you for contacting the Community. I can help you find out your expiration date in the QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus subscription.

 

You can access the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to manage your QuickBooks Desktop account and services. The Products & Services section in CAMPs displays all your registered Desktop apps and subscription information. Here are the steps to access CAMPs:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the email you used to register this version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  4. Select Details, then Download.

Login to CAMPS as the Primary Admin to find your license code and check your license status. You can renew your license thru a partner if required.

thank you for your response actually the client details wasn't mentioned on my camps and I have contacted the support team waiting for them to add 

by the way I am the partner for this client and I wonder if there is any other portal to use

In QuickBooks Online, the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) is the only primary portal for managing your QuickBooks Desktop account and services, including viewing your subscription expiration date for QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus.
