QB customer manager

I am currently using qb customer manager, getting the hourglass of doom entering new items.  We are switching to qb online for 2023.  How can I make an appointment, enter sales quote, then comment history for that customer, like service calls?

    It is an old product and has different functions with QB Online as an accounting application. What kind of business do you run? You may need a specific app and integrate it with QB Online later.
