Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I am more than happy to help you out here. First, let's start by doing some app troubleshooting steps. If you have an Andriod system ( or IOS systems start from Step 2), follow this:
- Clear the app's cache (Phone Settings > Apps > QuickBooks > Storage > Clear Cache)
- Check for app updates
- Reinstall the app
- Log out and back in
- Reboot the phone
- Switch to a different wi-fi or mobile network
- Check for iOS/Android updates
Another step I would like you to do is log into the QuickBooks Self Employed website to see if you can access your account. Doing this will confirm whether it is app specific or an account setup issue.
