I will support the implementation of QuickBooks Online in these companies, while my colleagues will participate in operational and financial control, which is why we need the App running on our cell phones, which are Android and IOS. However, we were unable to access the QuickBooks Online application in Brazil. So what do you suggest we do?
You must access your client's QBO account on desktop, not mobile. Unless you don't mind buying a new Android/iPhone and setting the region to US (not Brazil) to access AppStore/PlayStore.

Please note that the QuickBooks mobile app is not currently available in Brazil. Therefore, in addition to accessing your account on desktop, you can also access it through your mobile browser on both Android and iOS devices.

I appreciate your support, but, I have tried that already. It is not working too. We cannot see the online app. I tried as USA and the UK too. All we see is the QuickBooks Connect US 2023 and the QuickBooks Workforce. Do you know if is that one, Workforce, the same as Online?
Thank you very much for the support. I'm wondering now, what capabilities the users will have by app. I saw one article that does not mention purchase order approval, for instance. Is it correct? We cannot do a PO approval by mobile?

Currently, our mobile apps don't include abilities to work with purchase orders. As a workaround, you can work with purchase orders while accessing your books with a web browser.
QuickBooks Workforce is a totally separate platform than QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Workforce enables users to view their pay stubs, W-2s, and more. You can begin using the platform by inviting employees.
If you want to set up a United States based subscription, you can, but you won't be able to download our mobile apps unless you have US based app store accounts. This is because our mobile apps are no longer available in Brazil.
