Somehow I got involved with a third party company, that I purchased the 2022 license from. Our company did get the product and support but I'm not sure how a third party got involved? I am being charged by them & annually from Intiut for the product & support. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Did you purchase your QBD license through a reseller/partner?
Can you login to your CAMPS as Primary Contact and find your license info there?

I'll share some information about QuickBooks support. There is no extra charge when you contact QuickBooks Support. You may have signed up for third-party support which is why you're getting billed.
You can contact the third-party company and cancel the subscription to avoid getting charged. When you need help with our support, just reach out our Customer Care Support using this link: Contact Payroll Support.
