Login to CAMPS as the Primary Admin to find your license code and check your license status. You can renew your license thru a partner if required.
thank you for your response actually the client details wasn't mentioned on my camps and I have contacted the support team waiting for them to add

Who purchased the license? You or your client?
If no one can access CAMPS and find the license code there, Intuit Support will not help you.
Your client must purchase a new license of QB Desktop 2024 once the current license expires.
