Join nowHow can a normal working person get ahold of a real human to have service. I had desktop qb and switched to online as I was to receive assistance 24-7. They have billed me consecutively 2 years in a row for both versions. All I want is to have the desktop version removed and reimbursement for the charge of it this year.

To begin, let's make sure that you have canceled your QuickBooks Desktop subscription. This way, you will not be charged constantly.
Here's how:
You will see a confirmation message as well as receive an email.
If it's already canceled but you still get charged for the subscription, we can open your QuickBooks Desktop file. From there, utilize the Help menu to reach our support team. They have full access to your account and can review the logs made in reference to these charges. Aside from that, we have a designated team that'll help with your refund concern.

I have jumped through their hoops and awaiting on decision to credit me or not. This happened last year but I didn't catch it.
