Has anybody had an issue with error code 81904 when processing payments for the QB subscription? I have tried to remedy directly with QB and there is no resolution.

I have added multiple payment methods as well and there are sufficient funds. This is a HUGE issue that has resulted in our subscription not being paid therefore the account deactivated... and also resulting in 941 payments not being made. UNREAL! anybody else having this issue?

They will be able to securely access your account, investigate the issue, and determine the cause of the error. Subsequently, they will provide the information needed to proceed with the payment process, allowing you to continue using QBO and complete form 941. I'll outline the steps to connect you with them:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Click the Assistant tab to get help from the QB Assistant or Select the Search tab to enter your question and find Help articles.

Kurt... I have contacted QB Customer Care Team... on 2 different occasions.  I was told that this is a known error and QB has no idea why it's happening but there is a ticket in.  They say it's my bank.... it's not. The last person (who barely spoke English) worked her tail off and after about an hour + on the phone, we finally gave up.... with no solution. I was able to add, yet again, another payment method today and 'resubscribe' just so I can work with QB (I am locked out) but have now paid for my subscription more than once just in order to work within it.
