The Refresh function in a browser is already a given, so there isn't a need to set anything up for you to use it.
The F5 key works for all browsers and acts as a shortcut key to refresh the currently active window.

what I was actually looking for is… How do you set how often the screen refresh it? There have been times I'm in the middle of six months of entries and the screen refreshes and takes me back to the first entry.

When it comes to the screen refreshing, that would need to be done manually as mentioned by my colleague above. However, you may have a setting turned on in your browser that allows it to automatically refresh for you every so often. I recommend checking your browsers settings to see if this is a feature that is turned on or consulting with your IT professional to check for you.
