Primary Admin Request

Hi,

 

I have twice requested ti be the primary admin for my companies QB Desktop account.  I submitted all the information that was necessary and still have not been approved.

 

Ultimately I’m just trying to pay for our QB subscription for this year but it is becoming a real hassle.  Our credit card expired but I can’t update in QB until I’m approved as the primary admin.  Any help on how to make a one time payment or expedite this would be appreciated.

You can install the trial version of QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise

If you can open your file on it, you may consider purchasing a new license of QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus or Premier Plus later.

Why don't you consider to purchase a new license instead as the last resort?

If I do that will I still have access to all of the data in our current quickbooks desktop?

Yes. You only need to purchase a 3rd party service to reset the Admin password of your company file(s).

You can install the trial version to make sure before purchasing a new license.

I need to resubscribe to my QuickBooks Online account, but I’m unable to complete the process because my current account indicates that I do not have access to the subscription.
 
The primary admin email I used is no longer accessible, which is preventing me from managing the subscription. I understand that changing the master admin is necessary to resubscribe. I have already submitted a request to change the admin, but unfortunately, it has been declined several times. the subscription is almost expired, and I am unable to make any updates in our account.
 
This situation is quite frustrating, and I need to resubscribe immediately. Could you please advise the best solution to resolve this issue as quickly as possible?
