I did try to verify the test amount that quick book debited my account but I keep getting error and unable to verify. this happen for the second time and looking for a quick solution.

Customer service were asked me to wait another 24hours so i will get a button to verify; however, i received the second time this message

You recently connected your bank to send money with QuickBooks. As a security measure, we've debited your account for less than $1.00 (don't worry -- we'll credit it back to you.) To finish connecting your bank, you'll need to verify this transaction as the account owner.

Manage your bank account in QuickBooks

Sign in to your bank account online (or call your bank).
Jot down the amount of the 'Payroll' test transaction.
Click or tap here to activate your Company bank account.

I did verify the second time but all attempts are invain.

We'd want to make sure you're able to send your contractor payments, kaldissocial

We need to access your Direct Deposit account to check what's causing the error when verifying the test debits. Please contact our Payroll Support Team for us to do that. Here's how:

  1. Open this link: https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=64.
  2. Look for QuickBooks Online Payroll in the left-hand side of the page.

Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks for dropping by.

I am having similar problems and I`m currently unable to get the kind of assistance I need to solve this problem. The account verification was set up to be less than $1.00, but what was debited from me was exactly $1.00. How do I verify this please?

Welcome and thanks for joining this conversation, @baret. It's my pleasure to help you verify and confirm your test deposit.

Please know that you only get one attempt to confirm your test transaction. To make sure it's successful, enter the test transaction amount in both boxes without a dollar sign or decimal point. Since it's exactly $1.00, you'd enter 100. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Workers tab o the left menu, then Employees.
  2. Select Finish payroll tasks on the main Employees page. Then select Verify Account
  3. Follow Step 6 to enter the test transaction amount.
  4. If there's no New payroll tasks button, go to the Settings icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
  5. Under Bank Accounts, select Company.
  6. Enter the test transaction amount as 100 in both boxes.
  7. Click OK

In case it's unsuccessful, contact Customer Care Support for assistance.

For additional reference, you can check this article to learn more about Direct Deposit:

  • Verify test transactions. It has a complete guide about confirming the test transaction on all other versions of QuickBooks Online.

If you have other questions or clarifications about this topic, let me know in the comment. I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Have a nice day.

This is what I`ve got here. It`s only setup to verify anything lass than $1.00. What I had withdrawn from my account was $1.00, how do I enter that in here please?
