Where does customer reviews get published?

Customer reviews from post-invoice surveys in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are sent directly to your email and are also stored in QBO for easy access. To view the results, go to the Customer Hub Overview page (Take me there). Then, click on View response in the Review and testimonial section.

You can also view survey responses for specific customers on their individual Profile pages and reply to their feedback by selecting Send a thank you note or Send an email. Check out this article for more details: View customer feedback survey results.
