You can manually import your transactions from Paypal, jennifer43.

We've already reported this error and still working for it to be resolved. This workaround is just temporary until everything works fine. You can log in to your Paypal account to get a webconnect file that we can import to QuickBooks Online. These are the supported file format:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Once you have it, you're now ready to upload the transactions into QuickBooks Online

In addition, please contact our Customer Support Team. You'll be updated about the progress of this investigation once they'll add you on the list of the affected users.

  1. Go to Help and click Contact us.
  2. Enter Connect to Paypal in the question field. Select the Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start a message or Get a callback.

You can also read this guide about matching and categorizing your Paypal transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please reply below if you need more help from me. I'll be happy to assist.

@jennifer43

For the time being, utilize another connector.

Is there an ETA of when this will be fixed?  the connector you mentioned is not free and looks complicated.
