What I can suggest though, is for you to view this page: QuickBooks Apps Store. It's where you can find a complete list of third-party apps you can sync with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.

You can add your employees as users, @userterri-erlenbeck. I will walk you through the process.

They can utilize the receipt capture feature after you add them as users to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. However, depending on your QBO plan, you may be limited in the number of individuals you can add to your account.

 You can use this article as a reference for more information about user limits in QBO: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online.

You can follow these steps to add them to your account:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage Users.
3. Click Add user.
4. Select a user type.
5. Click Next and select the access rights for the user.
6. Enter the user’s name and email address, then click Save.

If you reach the account's user limit, you may wish to upgrade your plan to increase your user usage limit.
