Anyone who banks with the personal side of Axos having trouble connecting to the bank?
I have not been able to connect for one month.
Hi there, @hswynne.
Beforehand, have you encountered any specific error messages while trying to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online? This way, we can check if there are any reported issues related to it.
Also, since you had trouble connecting to your bank for a month, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They can check the bank connection and further investigate this matter.

Thanks for the response. Just trying to see if there were any other Axos clients having the same problem. I have had an investigation going for a month. The problem is I get no feedback...zero from the back-end team that is supposedly working on it. Getting a call from the frontline is basically worthless because they have no clue what the backend team is doing. This is a major flaw for customer service. I have a month-old problem and have no idea if anyone is actually working on it.
I can imagine how hard the experience you've been through for not being able to connect to your Axos bank for a month, hswynne. Rest assured I'll assist you in connecting your bank account in QBO.
As per checking, I found similar cases of connection issues with Axos Bank in QBO (INV-107976). If you're still having difficulties connecting your bank account, I recommend logging in to your bank website outside QuickBooks to ensure your credentials are accurate. Then, use the same credentials in QuickBooks to access your account.
You can also perform troubleshooting steps before attempting to log back into QBO. This will ensure that your QBO runs faster and all features work smoothly.
However, if you're still unable to connect your Axos bank after performing the troubleshooting steps, you can consider calling our QuickBooks Online support team for them to provide you updates on what's the status of the case.
In addition, you can refer to this article to learn how to manually upload transactions from your bank to QBO: Manually upload transactions into QBO.

Thanks. Whatever you did I finally got connected. I was always using the correct credentials. I was put through some type of verification process which was new.
I will remember to communicate here in the future. Getting call backs is not the same as chats with the back end.
We appreciate the valuable information you provided about your concern, @hswynne.
We're glad to hear that following our colleague's recommendation regarding connecting to your bank has resolved the issue. With this, ensure to use the correct credentials when connecting to your bank to prevent potential problems. Verifying your identity is also essential to help protect your bank account and ensure its safety and security.
Moreover, you can reconcile your accounts in QBO to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for your business.

I'm having the same issue. Can you help?
Hopefully you will hear from this employee. Not sure what they did but after a month a new third party verification page jumped up and I was able to connect. It is still problematic and does not do it automatically but works after hitting the fix it now prompt.

My main goal is to ensure you can connect Axos Bank to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zayix.
First, I'd like to know if you encounter any error messages when connecting the bank to the program. It'll help me determine its cause and provide accurate steps to fix this.
If you encounter Error 103 while connecting, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague (RhoiceW) to rectify the issue.
I also appreciate hswynne for getting back on this thread and confirming the error is now fixed on their end.
If you didn't experience the error, too much cache or saved data can cause bank connection issues in QBO. In this case, follow these steps on how to resolve common browser issues while working in the program:
If none of these steps resolves the issue, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
In the meantime, you can consider manually uploading your Axos bank data into QBO. This way, you can ensure your record remains accurate and updated.
Finally, I've added these resources to help you review the bank data to ensure they're added to the correct accounts:

I have Axos business checking and haven't been able to connect since they introduced the new portal. After much weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth, they were able to connect me a month ago using the legacy portal, but that's now been deactivated. When I asked QB help, they said it was an Axos issue. Axos says it must be a QB issue. Looks like my only option may be to change banks.
I went through the same issue. You need to go through this third-party authentication process. It will pop up if you keep trying to connect. I am using QB for 5 Axos accounts currently.
I was finally able to connect to the new Axos portal. I had to go to a different computer where I had never signed on to Axos, and I had to disconnect Axos from Quickbooks first. If you try this, make sure you know the date of the most recent Axos transaction you have in QB. When it does connect, it will ask what date to start pulling transactions from.
Are your issues b/c AXOS changed their website domain? I'm having this issue b/c AXOS changed the business website domain but Quickbooks hasn't updated that domain on their end so when you go to sync the account to QB via QB you can only enter your credentials - you cannot edit the domain (like if it used to be axosbank.com it's now onlinebanking.axos.com). This is on the business side though - unsure if this is the same for personal. Did you ever find your resolution? I've kept my books unreconciled for MONTHS b/c I'm dreading the hassle of having to stay on hold with both AXOS and QB trying to escalate to someone who can address the issue. A QB developer has to actually go into QB sync page and edit the domain there's nothing we can do on our end (if this is your issue too).
That was exactly my issue. I ended up deleting my Axos connection from QuickBooks and then going to a separate computer where I had never logged in to Axos. I was then able to add Axos back in to QB. It’s important to select Axos Bank and *not* Axos Business when doing this. Good luck!
I appreciate you for sharing detailed information, Marie. I'll direct you to the specialize team who can handle the issue further.
To start, I recommend contacting our customer support team to further investigate the issue since the issue persists for a month. To do so follow the steps below:
In the meantime, I recommend manually importing your transactions into QuickBooks to help you reconcile your Axos transactions. Here's how:
