Bank connection problem

Hi,

I have a problem with bank account connection. I connected my Monzo bank account and the data flow seems successful. However, when I connect my Revolut account, although it does not give an error, there is no data flow and it appears as 0. 

On the Revolut side, the bank seems to be connected to Quickbook, I think the problem is related the QB. I can see the Revolut account in the Chart of Accounts section, but there is no flow. I would be glad if you can help.

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

This is not my problem, the Revolut account still does not appear, only streaming is provided by Monzo.
