Hi,
We have a little over 15 credit cards and it is becoming a hassle to get receipts. this is mostly because i work in the blue collar industry and our guys don't always come to the office. we work on muti-month long contracts, they know where they are going and just go there. i don't even see them in months. We also have another location in another city so.....when credit cards receipts make it to the office i get less than a quarter of them.
Is there a software or app that we can use solely for sending these receipts? You know, take pictures and nothing else? so is there a work around that i don't know.
PS. I would also appreciate one that also works with sage 50 as our sister company has more credit cards and and fewer receipts.
