Hello
Your suggestions are not working.
1. cleared cache twice
2. followed the reconnect instructions - doesnt work
3. called the card provider - no issues on their end
4. logged into the card with the same log in information as I am trying with QB. Card worked fine and QB does not.
5. Still not receiving an error msg. Just unable to proceed with the login
I do not wish to import the data. Too many errors to correct. It is easier to manually enter the transactions but I should have to since automatic uploads are one of the features that QB offers and I am paying for that service!
This is not the first time that this issues as come up. Something needs to be done.
