I am using QBD Prem 2020 with latest updates.
I tried to setup our Capital One CC for online banking. I found several KB in the forum that I followed. The CC account was setup, shows that has online banking in the account list, I entered as account user id the user id I also used when going into our account with a browser. So far so good.
I go to the banking -> Bank feeds -> Bank feeds center. Here I select Capital One, then I select the Refresh account icon.
I get a logon screen as shown in the attached screen shot. But I would have expected that I just get screen where I enter the password (just like I do for our bank account). Still, I entered the user id and password, but then I basically logon to the web-account instead of getting the transactions downloaded.
I must have done something wrong in my setup.
Can somebody help me getting this corrected?

Thank you for your reply.
I had done the update of QBD to the latest patches already. But this did not resolve the problem.
Then I called the 800 number to talk to a very helpful service rep. We tried different things, like disabling online connection then setting it up again, even deleting and creating a new CC account. I still got the same error.
But then the service rep found some document saying we had to deregister our account with Intuit, then re-register again, then setup the CC with online banking, and sure enough this finally worked.
I got my CC transactions downloaded to QB.
I should have mentioned, when I setup the online banking for Capital One there are several selections, I chose Capital One - Credit Cards
I deactivated online banking again, set it up again, logged into the account, saw the correct credit card, got confirmation the the account link is completed with a green check mark, but then it tries to download the transaction and I get the attached error.
Thank you for the details and for adding a screenshot, gerdgoebel.
