When setting up Web Connect, you'll be prompted to select your bank account Use a QuickBooks account that exists which means that the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks. That said, it could be that the account you're trying to connect isn't in QuickBooks yet and that is the reason why you don't see the existing account. I suggest selecting the Create a new QuickBooks account so you're able to set up the account from your chart of accounts.
Once done, click Continue. Then, you'll see a dialog box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks and click OK.
