Is there a way to import only changed information to current members? Ex. update email addresses to members already in Quickbooks without having to do it individually.

Utilize the trial period of this 3rd party migration tool. Export your data out to XLS, modify the data, and reimport them back. Make sure setting filter to set any duplication.

Yes, @Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. You can use a third-party migration tool to help change the information. At this time, there isn't a way to import information into current members just through QuickBooks. However, I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this a new feature in one of the upcoming releases.
