Hello, is there a way to view and print bank reconciliations from a few months ago? I am using QB Desktop Pro 2024. I can only see how to print the previous month's reconciliation. Thank you!
Hello there, @WCA455.
You can only see the most recent reconciliation in the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro version. Let me explain this in detail below.
There is no specific way to view past reconciliations in the Previous Reconciliation report in the QBDT version you're using. You can only view and print reports for the last 120 reconciliations in the QBDT Premier, Accountant, and Enterprise versions. That said, we recommend saving your reconciliation reports as PDFs or exporting them to Excel each time you reconcile an account.
If you would like to have this option, you may consider upgrading your subscription to QBDT Enterprise.
Please refer to this article for more details about generating this report: Get reports for previous reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop.
Additionally, if you're interested in saving a copy of your reports as Excel (.xlsx), CSV spreadsheets, or PDFs, here's an article that explains how to export reports from the program: Export reports as Excel workbooks in QuickBooks Desktop.
Please do not hesitate to respond if you have more questions about viewing or printing reports in QBDT. I'll be here to lend a helping hand. Have a great day!
Thanks for your input. We do generally save our reconciliations but one month was missed. Too bad we'd have to upgrade to have that ability. I appreciate the information!
Thanks for your input. We do generally save reconciliations, but one was missed and it wasn't caught immediately. Thank you for the information!
Good morning, @WCA455.
