Basnk Feed Issue

Hi! So I changed my bank from Bank of America- all states to Bank of America-New.  Since the change, I can no longer download transactions for all my accounts at one time. Main bank account and credit cards combined. I can only download transactions one account at a time. Can anyone help with this?

How did you integrate your Bank of America-New account with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)? Is it done through direct connect or web connect? Did you come across any specific error codes or messages?

Hello there, @Kat79.I understand how convenient it is for you to download all your transactions at once. I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps that will help you sort things out.

Let's start by verifying and rebuilding tools. This way we can identify and fix unusual behaviors on your QuickBooks Desktop account, like missing data and features. Here's how to verify data:
 

  1. Go to the File menu, and select Utilities.
  2. Choose Verify Data, then tap OK to close all windows. If you see “Your data has failed the integrity check”, you'll need to rebuild your file. If there are no problems with your data, you’re done.
     

If there are problems with your company file, you'll have to rebuild it. Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Files menu and select Utilities.
  2. Choose Rebuild Data, and then click OK.
  3. Tap OK to make a backup to prevent data loss along the process.
  4. Hit OK to continue the rebuild process.
