I'll share some information about managing Projects in QuickBooks Online.
The option to change the project transactions into parent customer is unavailable. We can only change the parent customer assigned to the project if you need to transfer the transactions to another project. Here's how:

@Mich_SThank you for your response. But I did that earlier and there are 10 projects I guess and each project has 100+ transactions. Is there any other way to change these transactions for each project to parent customers in one go? Like is there any way that I can select all transactions for each project and change this to the customer?

I'll share some information about managing Projects in QuickBooks Online and I know how beneficial it is to your business to change the parent customer account in one click.
The option to change the parent customer assigned to the project's transactions in a batch action is unavailable. We need to manually open per transaction to edit the customer name to a parent customer.
