I am attempting to reconcile my accounts on qb desktop and while doing so I’m catching several transactions from July and probably August, Sept., etc. that did not transfer over from the bank statements. I tried manually uploading them and they are still not showing up and I’m told there are no new transactions available. How do I fix this and get them to show up?
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can't using bank feeds, which don't download older transactions once newer ones have been downloaded. It uses a "high water mark" that stops that - that will only feed what is new since the last time you connected.
So, enter the transactions manually in your bank register or using the Check and Deposit forms.

That’s good to know! Thank you!

Hello Jaymee,
I appreciate you for joining the thread in this Community. I can share information on how you can fix missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
Once your recent bank transactions are showing in your feed, you can no longer bring over your older transactions. The only workaround is to create your transactions by writing checks or entering a deposit manually.
Here's how:
There are four bank feed modes, and the matching process of the transactions is slightly different. Check out this link for detailed steps and guidance on the bank modes: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
