Hi, I got a notice that I need to update my bank feed connection to my Chase credit card account, and I tried following the directions posted here (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/bank-connectivity/refresh-connection-...), but I can't find "Chase Bank (ALL) – New" as a choice when I search for banks.

Hi Giovann,
I have been currently using Web Express
Currently Intuit has on their link:
States:
Instead they should perhaps state:
* Note: Chase Bank (ALL) – New will show upon on 9/27/2022. We recommend that you update your Quicken Files now. Note even if you update now, the choice of Chase Bank (ALL) – New will not show up after updating and restarting QuickBooks until that date of 9/27/2022.
Because people are proactively following the instructions given and cannot find the option Chase Bank (ALL) – New
Also note that the Message that people are getting are "Capital One Bank Feeds Require Your Attentions" for their Chase Accounts. When it should say Chase Bank, First USA , CardMember Services and or Bank One
Thank You

Here's how:
Also, the Desktop version supports switching between three different bank modes. For more information about how each mode displays and handles transactions in your Bank Feeds differently, please visit this article: Switch between banking modes.
Let me know if the bank is still unavailable from the list, and we'll be sure to get back to you. Have a great day.
The Update Process for Quickbook Desktop 2020 is cumbersome.
In order to Restart, you have to click on the little red ! which opens the message which says restart Quickbooks however the button to Restart is hidden. You have to maximize the pop window to restart it.
Even after updating and restarting, When you type Chase, the option of Chase Bank (ALL) – New does not come up.
Hello, JonL.
I understand how you feel and the importance of using the enhanced Express Web Connect to keep track of your financial transactions.
You're on the right track in preparing QuickBooks to switch to Express Web Connect. However, you'll see the option for Chase Bank (ALL) – New this coming 9/27/2022. This is the reason why even after updating and restarting QuickBooks it doesn't come up.
Please keep in mind that Chase Bank and all affiliate banks are required for account reconnection on the above-mentioned date. These are the list of affiliate banks:
When the time comes, you can refer to this article to walk you through the entire process: Switch from direct connect to express web connect online banking.

Yes, it's a little frustrating to spend an hour trying to fix a problem that I can't fix yet. Please update your messaging, Intuit.

So if we disconnect and connect our bank accounts now, as the message requests us to do, even though Chase Bank (ALL) - New does not exist, are we going to have to redo this process on 9/27/2022 again?
And now I just received an email from Quickbooks with the title "ACTION REQUIRED: Changes to your Chase/First USA/Bank One/CardMember Services connection in QuickBooks Desktop"
To maintain connections with your bank and download transactions without interruptions, you'll need to reconnect bank feeds. This involves setting up and reconnecting one or more of your bank accounts with QuickBooks Desktop by September 27, 2022. If no action is taken by this date, new transactions will no longer be pulled into QuickBooks. Reconnecting your bank accounts will not result in data loss from your previous transactions.
Hi, labelsig and klgood1.
Yes. You'll have to update the Quicken file again by September 27, 2022. With that, I'd suggest doing it on or the day before the mentioned date.
You can follow these steps to update your QuickBooks file:
I've also added these references as your guide on reconnecting the Chase bank connection:
I'll be around whenever you have concerns managing your bank account. I've got your back!
Hi
I was able to find Chase Bank (All) New and I connected it to Quickbooks without any errors. However, why is i there no option to sync all my bank accounts in 1 click? I am only able to de each 1 of my 6 accounts 1 at a time. Wasn't it supposed to be express?
Hello Abe_E,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quickbooks Community! Unfortunately, we don't have an option to do this as yet, but this is a great idea to add for feedback. I have taken note of this and submitted feedback to our Developers about these express options, which will be a great feature! You are welcome to add your feedback as well and monitor your request!
Please let me know if you have any other questions! I will be more than happy to help! I hope you have a great day!

Hi there, JonL.
I appreciate you for sharing your knowledge about QuickBooks. This will definitely help other users as well in the future.
Keep safe and have a great rest of the day.
Has anyone noticed with this new Express Web Connect feature double entries?
Where it downloads and matches transactions and you approve and then moments later, you see duplicate transactions downloaded and wants you to match? Because you have already matched and approved, you have to ignore the duplciates?
We haven't received reports about issues similar to this one, JonL.
The unexpected behavior might be caused by a corrupted file. You run the Verify Rebuild Utility to detect data damage.

I went through all of these steps and am having very strange issues.
First - I have no data for May on my P&L, no transactions (which is not possible)
Second - My chase accounts appear to be connected (show correct balance) BUT when I first open Quickbooks it will say "you have 300 transactions to review" in my Bank Feeds. Then when I click on an account, there is nothing there and the number turns to zero.
When I try to disconnect the online account from Chart of Accounts - it says I cannot delete as I have pending transactions. But there are none pending for that account.
Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated..
x

Is this where it's supposed to show up when I search? Not sure what I'm missing here.
Hi @GlinetteC ,
I did the Verify Data and my company file was good.
I also notice that for the Chase Bank (All) - New feed, even after downloading the transactions either by selecting download or selecting refresh buttons, It does not refresh the LAST UPDATE: field. For example, I refreshed it today and it still says 1 day(s) ago.
The original way of doing Bank Feeds for Chase and Chase Affiliated accounts worked better.
Can you have the Quickbook Teams look into this and the duplicate downloads.
Hi there, @klgood1.
It seems that you're trying to set up a bank connection in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). You're already on the right track.
Based on the screenshot you provided, the bank names that you searched for are some of the most common bank searches for bank connection.
To help you find your bank, be sure to provide the right name of your financial institution. You can also type in or paste your bank's URL to get the right result.
For additional information, check out this article for further guidance: Download Bank Feed transactions.
You can also check out this article on how to fix bank feeds errors and can't download transactions: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
After bringing in those transactions, you can start matching and categorizing them. This article can guide you through the process: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
Thanks for the update, @JonL.
I appreciate you trying the steps that my colleague provided to fix the issue.
Since the recommended steps didn't work, I suggest getting in touch with our Support Team to check and verify this further securely. This way, they can access your account in a secure environment and investigate the root cause of the problem.
