However, at this time, there isn’t a direct option for wire transfers within QBO.

For efficient ways to send payments, QuickBooks Bill Pay is a good alternative. It enables you to send checks or make ACH bank payments quickly, helping you manage invoices and balance your books in real-time.

If you find yourself needing to manually record a wire transfer, you can do so by categorizing it as either an expense using the Cash Expense feature or as a deposit via the Bank Deposit feature.
