Transfer not going to bank account

I initiated a transfer from my Quickbooks cash & Envelope account 3 weeks ago and it shows the transfer going through in the QB cash account and in the account I sent the cash to. The problem is it never showed up in the account according to my bank. So where is it and how do I make the transfer happen?

On average, it takes between 2-5 business days to move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. The speed depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer. Since it is not showing up to your bank, I recommend contacting our Support Team to double-check using their support tools. They can securely access your account for further investigation and able to provide you a fix. I just spent over 1.5 hours in 4 different chat sessions and they keep referring me to a different department. The last person sent me back to the first place I started.

 

I just need to find out why the transfer didn't go through and how to fix it.

 

Please direct me to the correct department.

Considering it has been three weeks since your money didn't transfer to your bank account, I encourage contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team again. I understand that you've already contacted them before, but they're the best support group who can review the transfer.

Transfer not going to bank account

OK this is getting ridiculous!! I just spent another hout in chats and got bounce through 3 of them and then the last one gave me a phone number for Green Dot Bank and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes they told me they can't help me.

 

Now What?'

The fact remains the same. The money has not transferred from my QuickBooks Cash account!
