My employees did not receive their direct deposit today as well. Did you get anything resolved with Quickbooks? I've tried reaching out to them with no luck....phone or chat.

Same. I opened a hello chat and called in. After about 20 minutes, I got an automated reply in the help chat window saying there was “an issue potential delay in Payroll processing that has been resolved and the funds should be available by this afternoon.” I’m still waiting for a live agent.

aeleiram is correct. Due to an issue with the system there will be a potential delay in notifications to QBO Payroll customers on their successful payroll processing. The good news is there is no actual impact to money movement and payroll will be processed today.
