ClockShark Integration

Having an intermittent issue with the integration from ClockShark time app to QBO.  It's happened a few times where the time shows it integrated successfully, but when I go to Time Entries in QBO nothing is there for the week integrated.  It does show under Unbilled Time Report, but when I click on one of the time entries I get the following message:

Something happened on our end
We’re working on it. Refresh your screen or try again in a few minutes.

I cannot edit or delete the time, but when I create an invoice the time does pop up to add to invoice.  I still cannot click on the time from there either, same message as before.  I have spent many hours on the phone between ClockShark support and QB.  ClockShark at least walked me through every step, testing along the whole way and there were no issues on their side.  Every time I try to get help from QB, I am told it's on ClockShark's side, despite the time showing in unbilled reports.  The time is going somewhere in QBO because it shows in unbilled time reports and I can add it to an invoice.  QB support told me I would have to enter the time manually, but that creates duplicate time entries.  Hoping someone has some insight into this issue, please help!

I can imagine the hurdle you've been through when trying to integrate the ClockShark app into QuickBooks Online, @LPool_DVS. I'll point you in the right direction for support to help you integrate your platform with QuickBooks.

In light of this, I recommend posting this query in our Intuit Developer Community. They have equipped tools to help you resolve this issue.

 

  1. In your browser, enter this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product. 
  3. Select the Ask a Question option.
  4. Press Sign In
  5. Use your Intuit login credentials.
