Does anyone know why the "Get Started" button on the export overview page wouldn't work?

Welcome to the Community, @shaun27. Did you receive any error message after clicking the Get Started button? It would be better if you can provide us a screenshot of the page you are in. Any additional information and screenshots would be highly appreciated. Our goal is to ensure that we offer you precise steps and accurate information to resolve this matter.

One of the reasons as to why this is happening is because of a browser issue, we can go ahead and perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, you may go back to the browser you are using and clear cache. We can also use other supported web browsers.

There's two ways in viewing your account, you can switch between Business view or Accountant view. Since you are new to the community, I can share you this article to help you understand the differences between the two: Switch between Business and Accountant view in QuickBooks Online (intuit.com)

Feel free to leave a message below if you still have additional concerns regarding the error you encountered in clicking the Get Started button. We are always here to assist you.
