Yes, and we have Elite payroll and it's supposed to come with 24/7 chat support. However, when we try to chat with support we are getting "Unfortunately, our help channels are currently closed."
I am having the same problem. I got confirmation yesterday that the money would be withdrawn from our account on August 29, 2025 and Paid on August 29, 2025 but nothing has been processed.
I talked to payroll support, escalated to a manager. The manager said they escalated it to their backend support. A few of our employees report they have now received their direct deposits, but many have not. I haven't received any payroll or tax withdrawals yet from my business account either. So, something is going on with their systems today. They said that I can be assured that all of the deposits will hit bank accounts by 5:00pm. However, I am not super confident at this point, but we'll see how it goes.
Chat isn't working, and neither is callback. Clearly, based on this and other posts today, it is a system wide issue.
Yes I am also having this problem. Did you guys get the email confirmation that it was processed? I didnt receive my confirmation at all. It shows on my payroll that it is processed and will be paid at the end of the day. I actually had this problem with quickbooks two years ago. It was a third party issue.
