Is there a way I can change week 1 2022 to week 52 2021 for payroll

No, you can't change the year on a paycheck, since it was calculated using the tax rates and the YTD numbers for the year is was initially created.
Assuming the check dates are correct given your regular payroll schedule, you shouldn't change them in any case.
