Enter CA Wage plan code without payroll setup

Upon checking here on our system, please know that only the admin user has the option or access to that section and enters the CA wage plan. That said, you'll need to get in touch with the company file admin so they can help you complete the process and enter the plan through the payroll setup. I can input the data, I am the admin. However, I don't think it's reasonable to expect someone to get in touch with the admin to go into PR setup just to input one field every single time we add an employee. There isn't any way to make the setting a default as 100% of our employees have the same letter code for this field.
