Payroll Update Error

Please I'm desperate for help, Quickbooks payroll will not update, I have over 3000 paychecks stuck in a que to send, the file is too large, I have spent over 20 hours with QB Customer Service to resolve this issue, I had my Network Carrier rebuild over night , still this morning I am unable to complete payroll , QB will not calculate taxes or payroll forms . The rep are  asking me to delete and redo 3000 checks from 2021 thru current, this is a impossible request.

I appreciate you for reaching out here in the Community, @lindalu. Now that I'm here, we can work this out so you can get through this situation, update your payroll and send the paychecks to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company.

 

Before anything else, know that I appreciate the time and effort that you've put into this. Let's update your QuickBooks Desktop and ensure it's running the latest release. To begin, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Select Update Now, then select Get Updates.
  3. When the update finishes, close and reopen QuickBooks.
  4. When asked to install the update, select Yes.
  5. When the install finishes, restart your computer.

Thank you for your help, I have completed all of the suggestions, and completed all these suggestions three or more time with a remote QB rep watching all the attempts at updating. 

QB will not let me update with those 3197 checks in the Find Detail Send area 

The issue today is not that QB isn't calculate payroll taxes incorrectly, i

The issue is that QB  doesn't calculate any taxes at all

 

My payroll is being held hostage until those 3197 checks are sent, but that is not an option. It's an impossible task 

 

I need to pay my employee today, there has to be a bypass that will let me update without sending those checks in stuck mode , please

I appreciate you performing each of my colleague's troubleshooting steps.

Since you're still encountering issues updating Desktop Payroll, I recommend reaching our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

You can reach them while you're using QuickBooks.Here's how:
 

  1. In your top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

I've talked to 5 reps for 3 hours each, nobody can help me, I cannot complete payroll, calculate taxes, send tax reports

I will start to get fines by the Gov and State . Has anybody been through this?, I guess I will have to hire an outside payroll company cancel my enhanced payroll?
