I am on the phone with payroll support and all they keep saying is "our system says it will go out today". No explanation as to why it didn't deposit as it normally does. Also no explanation as to why I pay for Elite payroll which is supposed to come with 24/7 chat support and I could not chat with someone this morning for over an hour until the regular chat support for non-Elite customers opened.
There's been a delay in the notification when processing the payroll funds. However, there's no actual impact to the money movement, and the funds will be deposited soon.
I sent in payroll on Wednesday for receipt by employees today. Direct deposits were not received even though my reports said they were paid. How do I resolve?
I have been on chat hold for 35 minutes. No one has came on yet. Of course, this looks like it was everyone that uses Intuit. I am about to cut paper checks because my bank says that nothing is even pending and the payroll has not been taken out of our company bank accounts either.
