Reconciliation end date

Hi.  We are reconciling the November 2022 bank statement, but the reconciliation screen shows us transactions recorded in not only in November but also in December.  Our statement end date is set to 11/30/2022.  Very odd.  Thanks for any suggestions.

Good to see you here in the Community, @mmcdpines.

We can filter the date in the reconciliation window to November or 11/30/22. This way, transactions from December will not show up.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Choose Reconcile.
  3. Click Resume reconciling.
  4. Select the funnel drop-down arrow.
  5. Enter the date in the From and To.
  6. Hit Apply.
  7. If you're ready, select Finish now.
