Reject timesheet for correction

You can reject the timesheet once you unapproved them, VA71. Let me walk you through the steps.

In QuickBooks Time, you need to unapprove the timesheet first to reject it. I'll show you how:

1. Go to Approvals.
2. Select the report dates and team members, then click Run Report.
3. To unapprove and unlock the team member's timesheet, pick Unapprove.
4. Tap Reject to decline it.
5. Enter the reason for the rejection, and hit Send.

Furthermore, we can perform basic troubleshooting if the reject option is still not visible on your end. This helps us isolate the issue to determine if it's related to the browser's cache. To start, access your QuickBooks Time account through a private or incognito window through the shortcut keys below:

• Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P

From there, unapproved the timesheet to see the reject option. If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to improve the system's performance. Additionally, we can switch to other supported browsers as an alternative to the browser you're currently using.
